Hi I’m Jim Castagnet, and I’m committed to empowering you with the best knowledge and expertise to grow your wealth through property development.

After almost going broke doing my first project in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney back in 1998, I’ve made it my mission to educate and inspire entrepreneurs to not only avoid the costly mistakes I made, but to thrive and succeed in the world of property development.

I have been developing medium to high-end residential apartment buildings and mixed-use developments for over 25 years and during that time, I have successfully developed & led some $4 billion worth of projects, uncovering exactly what it takes to succeed in Property Development.

Since 2004, I have been educating and inspiring entrepreneurs through my comprehensive property development courses and workshops. I’m also the author of the book ‘Build’ and I have featured as a regular guest on Sky Business and other news media.
